sunday i got to see jess too!!! and she suprised me with some awesome TOUNGE-TOOS for us to enjoy...see as she, cat , and i model. I also got to see my wonderful friend Alayna and her adorable son Jaydyn today too....sorry i forgot to take pics at the new house :(

i finally got to see my ADORABLE nephew Hayden this weekend along with my wonderful UMHB friends. i havent seen them since hayden was born so it was soo great to talk to everybody and get to play with such a cutie all day long. this ones not the cutest pic perse but this face is priceless.... what i imagine hayden thinking at this exact moment is..... ."PUMPkin?"

we decided to get festive for the holiday! :) i have a nice mixture of cute and ghetto-crafts :) i think its a bewitching as you can really go in the Dr.s office without disturbing too many pts. ;P

so i leave work and its nice and sunny. i come home, eat a snack, and literally 5 minutes later, the bottom fell out.... i had no idea it was even going to rain

Today is the first day of  my eating healthier time.... I wanted to eat healthy foods but also try some new, unusual healthy treats as well...... so... here you have the jicama (pronounced "hicama") i attacked this root with a furry....this root was very hardy!!! has a taste between apple and turnip, and the texture of a water chesnut...who knew :)

sadly, the last day of girls weekend, on sat night (which im going to classify as early sunday for the sake of my shots :) ) we headed to uptown for dinner and dessert. we had a blast, were stuffed with food, and got checked out by a very "buzzed" japaneese man. :) great night!!

We had a great girls weekend out on the town, starting with a nice 4 mile walk in the morning, football game on tv and craft bizzare in oak cliff (yes, oak cliff) to wrap up the day. it was such a fun day and i was in love with everything at the fair!!! a nice shopper took this one for us:)

aaah its been 18 days since an update....whoops

not to fear, I still took a picture a day.....i was just a "little" lazy on the updating side... so here goes, ill try to keep the descriptions mostly short due to this 18 pic fiasco...

Day 146
Today is my 24th Birthday!!! aaah im getting up there ;) We woke up to a chilly Arkansas morning then headed back to Texas around 10. on our way home we stopped in Texarkana to check out this whole state line business...it is very intriguing to us that a courthouse can be in two states, and that one side of the street was TX and the other AR. :) I  got a birthday kiss that was so great it was felt by 2 states :) I had a great birthday weekend in AR and i am so happy that i have a husband that's as adventurous as i try to be


Day 145
so for my birthday weekend brent and i were trying to think of something fun and different to do.....and we landed on diamond hunting in Arkansas. We arrived in Murfeesboro about 1 and mined for diamonds most of the afternoon....im pretty sure we didnt find anything monetarily significant but we enjoyed the cool stuff we "panned" from the dirt :) after that we drove around in the mountains for a bit, ate what i would prob say was the best chicken fried steak id ever had and ended the night relaxing at the hotel watching football and movies! awesome day!!!

we FINALLY got to play softball after a 2 week rain out!!! btw we won both games..yesssss

as i rolled into work today i saw a great sunrise....i think the colors are great for sunrises but usu its just too much to get up to see them lol

the new Paramore cd dropped today.....i am SUPER EXCITED!!! i'm pretty sure ive gotten most of it memorized already :)

this week started out with a "bang"...as in, i got off work and my tire was so stinkin low i was scared to drive the distance to any gas station with air to fill it up. turns out the construction that is C.S. strikes again. my sweet husband came to the rescue for me :) i love him

Kristen and Justin posted thier 1267 pictures from the mediterranean Cruise so mom and i sat down to check it out. Tiger also joined in on the fun...i think he misses his mom and dad

Today is my handsome mans first day at work post-college degree! I am extremely excited and proud of my hubby!!!! :) and he looks so studly and professional ;)

late sat. night i got the urge to change my haircolor, buut, after hearing the extensive work involved we decided it was best to leave it to the professionals, soooo we made a quick trip to Henderson Sunday to have it done (its still a little "fresh" at this point so ill show you the finished product in a few days). while we were there i got to play with my "nephew" tiger, who happens to be staying with his gparents while kris and justin are in Europe

a relaxing lazy saturday outing to Arbys.... i really enjoyed this particular kids meal treat..too bad it took me as long to construct this as it did to eat my whole meal :) ps..its a bobblehead

Congrats to all my friends who got their aggie ring today! pictured are reese, josh, erin, grace, and madalyn starting off their ring dunk in style.... you are all troopers

Sadly, our softball game for the night was cancelled due to rain....it did rain earlier i promise. we went out there just to check but the field was obviously not doing any hosting tonight
